Application criteria (Irene Joseph Memorial Fund & P.K.P Nair Memorial Fund):

• Per Capita Income (PCI) ≤ S$1200.00
• Open to Primary school Eurasian students or students with one Eurasian parent.
• Applicable only for students not under MOE FAS.

Application criteria (Mads A. Lange and Pansy Theseira-Lange Bursary):

• Per Capita Income (PCI) ≤ S$800.00
• Open to Primary school Eurasian students or students with one Eurasian parent.

1. Fill in ALL sections of the application form clearly and in BLOCK letters.
2. Submit ALL necessary documents. Late or incomplete applications will not be processed.
3. All award funds will be cashless, credited directly to the recipient's account for seamless transactions.

Provide copies of the documents listed below. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

• Student’s Birth Certificate and/or NRIC and ACADEMIC RESULTS OF PREVIOUS FINAL EXAMINATION
• NRIC of both parents and/or guardian
• Birth Certificate and/or NRIC of ALL family members staying at the same address
• Latest pay slips / Letter of employment of ALL working members in the household
• CPF Contribution History of ALL working and non-working adults in the household
• If you are a single parent, a copy of divorce or separation documents, or a written declaration of the family situation
• If you are a widowed parent, a copy of the death certificate of your spouse
• If you are currently receiving aid, a copy of the letter from that organisation
